01 — Intro Class + Group Class Package

This is a half hour personal training class followed with a 12 Round 48 minute intro boxing class to learn fundamentals, then phase into a group class. There is a focus of USA Boxing fundamentals, shadow boxing, partner drills, interval training, specialty stations, and round work with Coach Joe.

02 — 1 Month Group Boxing Training or Package of Classes

This is a 12 Round 48 minute boxing class. There is a focus of USA Boxing fundamentals, shadow boxing, interval training, specialty stations, and round work with Coach Joe. Availability is per month per schedule. Here is an example and structure of the boxing class.

03- Private Boxing Training With Coach Joe:

Coach Joe Stray will provide boxing training that includes live coaching with boxing fundamentals for your development. This private class is structured for 12 Rounds 48 minutes booked in 60 minute time blocks. Set your goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. Stay SMART. Eg: getting in better condition, working towards sparring, enhancing your sports skills, becoming a better school or professional athlete.

Private Boxing Class Pricing:

Starting price $72 USD + tax

Package of 5 $64 per class = $320 USD + tax

Package of 10 $60 per class = $600 USD + tax

Family special $64 per class +$23.50 per family member = $87.50 + tax
