01 — Intro Performance Session
In your first session, Coach Joe will set expectations and establish structure. You will be introduced to foundational boxing techniques, movement, and conditioning through coached instruction. This session is designed to introduce the training style, assess fit, and begin building consistency.

02 — Performance & Conditioning Training (Small Group)
$200/month ( Limited to 10 athletes)
This is a structured, fundamentals-based performance program designed to build discipline, confidence, and skill. Each class follows a 12-round, 48-minute training format, combining technique, conditioning, and coached instruction. Structure, accountability, real coaching.
3 Rounds Warm- Up & Movement- Jump rope, mobility, shadowboxing
3 Rounds Fundamentals & Technique- Footwork, stance, and mechanics with Coach Joe
4 Rounds Bag Work & Combinations- Controlled Sequences and mitt work
2 Rounds Conditioning & Recovery- Core work, calisthenics, and cooldown
Small group sessions are scheduled in limited groups to ensure individual attention and coaching quality.
